I’ve approx. 5 years’ experience in Software Quality, where I’ve balanced hands-on manual testing with a strong focus on automation. I’m ISTQB certified and particularly proud of my work in my last role, where I helped reduce our production error rate by 30%. Beyond functional testing, I have experience in performance testing and a solid understanding of TDD/BDD practices. I’m a firm believer in the ‘learning by doing’ mindset and am always looking for ways to apply new technologies to improve product quality.

iProject - Client: TAWAL (Saudi Arabia)
Took ownership of the full QA cycle, from functional and integration testing to final regression.
By working closely with stakeholders to define the test scope and cleaning up our defect triage process, we hit our release dates and saw a 30% drop in issues after the product went live.
iAsset - Client: MIDC (Philippines) & MAST (South Africa)
Focused on moving high-priority manual tests into a maintainable automation suite.
I also mentored two junior QAs during this project, which helped us expand our regression coverage and get through release validations much faster.

Optimized Selenium-TestNG & Playwright-Typescript suites for greater stability.
These improvements helped us cut escaped defects by 20% and kept our sprint releases moving on schedule.

- Managed QA across multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with different teams to hit deadlines without letting quality or compliance slip.
- Built and scaled a Selenium-TestNG & Playwright automation suite that covered our most critical test scenarios, which cut down manual regression time and helped the team close sprints much faster.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate builds and deployments—complete with Slack notifications—aligned with Agile and DevOps best practices.
- Reviewed requirements and spoke up about quality risks or release readiness; I made sure both business and tech stakeholders were on the same page regarding project health.
- Cleaned up our QA workflow in JIRA by setting up defect triage and real-time dashboards, which gave our three cross-functional squads much better visibility.
- Took the lead on SIT, UAT, and regression cycles, handling everything from environment setups and sequencing to keeping stakeholders engaged throughout the process.
- Mentored and onboarded two new QA engineers, helping them get up to speed quickly and encouraging a culture of sharing knowledge within the team.
- Delivered high-quality mobile applications through detailed functional and performance testing on Android and iOS devices.
